SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT

Fifty-minute psychotherapy sessions are scheduled directly with Dr. Cole. Individual and couples sessions are $175 which can be paid with cash, check, or credit card. We do not file insurance; however, we can provide you with a Courtesy Bill in the event your insurance company will reimburse you directly. Some clients get most of the fee back while others get less than half of the fee back. We would be happy to provide you with Dr. Cole's NPI number which allows your insurance company to determine your reimbursement. Please know that insurance companies require a psychiatric diagnosis for reimbursement which would be included on your Courtesy Bill.
Dr. Cole provides tailored psychological training for mental health professionals, physicians, and businesses. Presentation and training fees depend on the nature and details of each project.
